Welcome to the Castlebrook/Chesterfield Community. Our community is nestled in the heart of the Treasure Valley. Our tree-lined streets include over 300 homes with well-maintained community amenities throughout. The amenities include three open parks with large shade trees and child play areas as well as long walking paths and the only private dog park in the valley. Each homeowner in our community also has access to our private swimming pool which is open from May through September.

Not only does our community have great amenities and features, but we are also home to over 300 families and friendly neighbors. We are an active community and we value involvement. Each year we host a range of community events including an Easter Egg Hunt, Movie Night in the Park, BBQs, Neighborhood Parades and a huge National Night Out celebration. Welcome to the Castlebrook/Chesterfield Homeowner’s Association.

We have over 12 years of Large Scale Community Development Management and Homeowner Association Management. Our experience includes management of several diverse amenities that include pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, dining establishments, equestrian centers, hiking trails, lakes and campgrounds, sports complexes, and golf courses. We also have project management and construction experience. Our experience is unmatched!
